I can’t lie, I lost my juice for awhile. As y’all know, I spent most of my summer in Chicago. Getting my workouts in while away from home was difficult, but it happened. It didn’t happen super often or with full intensity, but it happened.
I spent my entire plane flight home dreaming of the health and fitness lifestyle that I was about to jump back into, but it was just that– a dream. I went about a month back in Houston without so much as breaking a sweat. It was only after running into my trainer at Whole Foods that I finally got the reality check I needed.
I’m finally feeling back in my rhythm, and part of what’s helping me stay accountable is sharing the journey with you guys. And that was my longwinded explanation of why you’re seeing so much fitness on my blog, Instagram, and Snapchat (clairesiegel)
