As you may or may not know, I’m a (soon-to-be) registered dietitian for Snap Kitchen. It’s pretty awesome.
We can talk more about that later, if you’d like, but I wanted to share something far, far cooler today. Our chief dietitian, Andrea Hinsdale, has been working with some rockstars in the Paleo community (Melissa of theclothesmakethegirl, Steph of Stupid Easy Paleo, Amy from Robb Wolf’s Team, Kelly of Paleo Infused Nutrition, and Emily of Naturally Fit Magazine) to put together an amazing eBook– Paleo Unveiled: The Balanced Paleo Diet.
I encourage y’all to download the book for some expert guidance on how to make the Paleo diet less about fitting bacon in at every meal, and more about eating a nourishing diet full of real food. I know firsthand from my Whole30 experience just how good it can make you feel.
